Description
Ashwagandha has been part of traditional herbal kitchens for centuries, and here it is slow-infused straight into quality honey. The honey takes on a warm, earthy depth with a faint bitter note underneath the sweetness, and it keeps its full body, so it still pours and spreads the way good honey should. Every batch is made with care, so the color and thickness shift a little from jar to jar.
Stir into hot tea or warm milk Spread on toast, biscuits or a cheese board Drizzle over yogurt, oatmeal or fresh fruit Whisk into a vinaigrette or a marinade for roasted vegetables Use to taste.
Storage Keep the jar closed at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight. Raw honey crystallises naturally over time; set the jar in warm water to soften it.
Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women or anyone under 18. If you take prescription medication, talk to your healthcare provider first. Keep out of reach of children.
