How to Prepare Your Sea Moss Gel

1. Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the dried sea moss to remove any sea salt and natural debris.
2. Soak: Place the rinsed sea moss in a large bowl and cover it with spring or alkaline water. Let it soak for 12-24 hours. It will expand and become softer and translucent.
3. Blend: Drain the soaking water and add the sea moss to a high-speed blender. Add fresh spring water (a good starting point is a 1:1.5 ratio of sea moss to water) and blend until completely smooth. Add more water to reach your desired consistency.
4. Store: Pour the gel into an airtight glass jar and store it in the refrigerator. It will thicken as it cools and will last for up to 4 weeks.
