Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Spring, Texas within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We are proud to ship all orders exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75. This applies to Standard Shipping only.

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor this tracking information.

Our responsibility for your package ends once it is handed to USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking confirms the package was delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your local USPS branch to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at `contact@certifiedsupplements.co` within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a strict 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items MUST be **unopened, unused, and in their original, factory-sealed packaging.**

Opened or used products are not eligible for a return or refund under any circumstances. This is for health and safety reasons and is not subject to exceptions.

You MUST email us at `contact@certifiedsupplements.co` to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. All approved refunds are subject to a **15% restocking fee**, which will be deducted from your refund total. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
