We focus on efficacy—if we don't believe a product truly works based on scientific evidence and traditional wisdom, we don't carry it.
While many of our products are free from common allergens like gluten, soy, and dairy, they may be manufactured in facilities that also process these ingredients. It is your responsibility to read all product labels carefully and consult with your healthcare provider if you have a severe allergy.
Orders & Shipping
We process orders very quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately, and if your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our responsibility for a package ends once it is handed over to USPS. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the USPS tracking system confirms they have been delivered. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must contact your local USPS branch to file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
We have a strict 30-day return policy. To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, factory-sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened products.
For the health, safety, and protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Once the factory safety seal is broken, we cannot resell the product or verify its contents. This strict policy ensures that every product you receive from us is pure and untampered with.
